FAQs

How do I know I can trust your candidates?

Our vetting process is intense.
We get ~300 candidates per role. Our job is to whittle it down to the 3 best people for you to choose from. We put each person through three rounds of interviews. Filtering for English, communication skills, experience, and the traits you’re looking for. Each candidate is given a pilot project to make sure they can actually do what they claim they can. Then we show you the top 3 to interview.

But I need great English. How’s their language?

Arnold Schwarzenneger has an accent. He is universally loved. We filter for Schwarzenneger-level English and above.

How long does it take to place my talent?

The timeline depends on how much of a unicorn you’re looking for.

The more specific your needs the longer it takes, but generally it takes 21 - 35 days from kick-off to placement.

Time includes sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and final selection.

What about the time difference?

We hire out of Latin America (mostly) where there is no time difference.

You can sleep well knowing your talent isn’t in the Phillipines working from midnight to 6am.

What happens if after they’re hired they aren’t a good fit?

We’re your talent partners for the long-run.

We succeed when you succeed, so we have a 90-day replacement guarantee.

If you find they aren’t a good fit after you’ve brought them into your business, we’ll replace them. No questions asked.

How does your pricing work? No hidden fees?

Recruiting falls into 2 buckets:

Recruiting agencies: They charge 30% of the first year’s salary and are incentivized to find you the person that with the highest salary (so they make more money).

Staffing companies: You essentially rent the talent from them and pay a premium on top of the salary. Most staffing agencies charge $3,000 per month, but the talent’s salary is $1,000 (so the agency makes a nice little spread).

We chose a different path. Alignment with our clients.

We charge a simple flat fee. Removing all of the  “what’s it going to cost” ambiguity or insane mark up.

We keep it simple. One flat search fee. No “gotcha” fees.

Do I have to pay for this consulting stuff? It sounds expensive.

It IS expensive. Clients pay $3.4k / call for advice on these marketing operations and onboarding systems.
